RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
You can return shipping from anywhere in the United States. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Gardenport, you can return your qualifying item(s) .
Within 10 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment.
After 10 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Returns must be unworn with the original tags attachedand with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.

Please note that it typically takes about 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center and be processed for refund. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Gardenport will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

EXCHANGES
If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us.You also have the option to exchange an eligible item instead of returning it for a refund.Please contact us by email at service@gardenport.com to make an exchange/refund authorization request within the 10 days of the order's delivery date.
